I am a preschool teacher. Child development encourages over and over again to incorporate puppets into the classroom/curriculum. I have wanted to do this but don't really feel comfortable or have a lot of ideas. So I am here to learn more about using puppets in the classroom.

Good to have you here, Nikki. I like working with teachers who may be somewhat resistant but who are still intrigued enough to venture forth. I will be happy to assist you in finding the wavelength of play, a wavelength that kids are already using. Puppetools is the ramp. As I suggested to you in our phone conversation. I suggest you look at the Workshop resources (go through the whole structure), and see which segments will be appropriate for you. Then re-visit those in a little more depth. By the time you have made some puppets, you'll be ready to 'show and tell' with the kids. I will be here every step of the way. Let's have some fun! Surprised
